About Me

I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, GeoDS Lab. My research interests lie in GeoAI, spatial data mining, remote sensing, and large language models. I focus on the theory and application of geospatial foundation models, specifically investigating how LLMs and VLMs can be adapted for geographic reasoning. My goal is to move beyond simple pattern recognition toward building Geo-Aware foundation models that possess generalized understanding of the physical world.
